Permission is the bridge between your ideas and actions
Step across to a world where all you long to be comes to be.

I’ve not often met people who didn’t have an idea of something they really wanted for their own version of a short and glorious life—Mary Oliver is with us always. Whether it is travel, or creative, or something in your work trajectory, or relationships, or family… something lives in there that we dream of experiencing for ourselves that we don’t have yet.
I’ve met a lot of people who have had such a hard time taking action on those things they want most. It feels out of reach. It feels like the wrong time. There are so many reasons not to decide to take action. I don’t know why this is. I don’t know why this is our human experience at this time or if it’s ever been otherwise. I do know there is a difference between those who eventually have that thing they dream of and those that are still yearning for it.
The difference is the decision to take action on it. The permission to take a step towards somewhere without knowing how it will work out or whether you will have to repeat it, waste some time, go in different directions, build something brand new for yourself, or just walk down the hall and be vulnerable enough to tell someone about your desires.
Permission is the bridge between your ideas and your actions.
Giving yourself permission is the bravest moment you’ll have and you will need to go there again and again. I created the audio course How to Give Yourself Permission so you could have support at that vulnerable moment.
Understanding what’s holding you back with kindness and empathy.
Decluttering some of those reasons about why you shouldn’t.
Deciding which size steps suit you and your nervous system right now.
And I’ve priced it at just $25 because I want everyone to have this support. It’s a short 20 minutes and you can listen to it over and over when you need to. I’ve also included some pdf notes and an audio copy of A Little Book of Permission to help you with some of that thought decluttering.
I want a world where all that you long to be comes to be. Permission is your bridge.
